Tartar Sauce
Tartar sauce is a sauce made essentially of mayonnaise and relish. It’s extremely popular in the United Kingdom where it’s used as the primary condiment for fish and chips. It enjoys some popularity in the United States as well, where it is also eaten with fish.
Taste
Tartar sauce is great. It’s creamy, yet sour, which are two characteristics that are very difficult to synthesize. Tartar sauce looks like something an alien might eat.
