Sriracha
Sriracha is a Thai condiment made of chili peppers. It’s sort of like hot sauce, but significantly thicker and possibly more versatile. It has transcended its cultural heritage and is often used in a variety of cuisines.
Taste
Sriracha is great. It generally comes packaged in a fun bottle with appealing graphics. In addition to the standard condiment–holding foods, it also performs well in soup.
Sriracha became an official snack on July 3rd 2012.
