Soy Sauce
Soy sauce is a condiment made from fermented soybeans and salt. It is somehow ‘saltier’ than salt itself. People in China have it everywhere.
Taste
Soy sauce is a good. It’s helpful because you can see it, unlike salt. Some claim that soy sauce exhibits a flavor of “umami”, which is “difficult to describe”. The reason for this is that it’s not a flavor, and therefore has no definition. Soy sauce is savory.
Soy Sauce became an official snack on June 23rd 2012.
