This is a spice that comes from the sea. It’s actually a mineral. It’s basically sodium chloride, which doesn’t sound appetizing. Both sodium and chlorine have spots on the periodic table, which is a very exclusive honor that undoubtedly leads to salt’s popularity.
Taste
It can make things that taste like nothing suddenly taste mediocre to good. It is normally paired with pepper. It’s used extensively in the world of food. Tastes mediocre by itself.
