Crepe
Crepe is basically an extremely thin pancake. In modern society, to be thin is generally referred to as somewhat regal; crepe is no exception. Crepe is very European, in both the geographic and subjective sense.
Taste
Crepe is generally served with things stuffed inside of it – mostly sweet things, but sometime savory. Crepe tastes good, and is much more flexible (physically) than pancake.
Crepe became an official snack on May 17th 2012.
