Celery
Celery is a plant (vegetable), but more accurately, the stem of a plant. It’s green, and shaped like a long “U”.
Taste
Celery is one of the least exciting foods. It tastes mediocre to bad. It’s commonly eaten with peanut butter, but one probably shouldn’t bother. It does fare a bit better if boiled and placed into a soup with other ingredients that taste good.
Celery became an official snack on April 21st 2012.
