Bread Pudding
Stale bread often receives a new life because of bread pudding. It’s kind of like French toast taken to a new level. It’s bread that’s been extremely saturated with a custard like mixture, and baked.
Taste
Bread pudding is spectacular. It has an almost gelatin–like quality due to its egg content, without becoming undesirable. It’s mildly sweet and is best served very cold.
Bread Pudding became an official snack on June 23rd 2012.
