White Bread
White bread is a very soft, fluffy bread that lacks the density and nutrients found in most other breads. The majority of its mass consists of air. Due to its heavy processing, it enjoys a longer lifespan than most bread. It’s common to see white bread as a sliced loaf, on the shelves of grocery stores throughout the United States.
Taste
White bread has a slightly sweet taste and works well for classic American sandwiches like BLT and peanut butter and jelly. As a standalone bread, it performs poorly.
White Bread became an official snack on May 25th 2012.
