Tiramisu
An Italian dessert that consists of ladyfingers, egg yolks, mascarpone, and either rum or coffee.
Taste
Although there are many variations of tiramisu, it generally performs quite well as far as flavor and desirability is concerned. a true tiramisu is soaked in espresso, and not rum, as the latter results in a soggy cake.
Tiramisu became an official snack on April 21st 2012.
