Sausage
Sausage has many forms, but it’s generally composed of ground up meats (beef or pork) and spices. Sausage creation is a way to utilize extra bits of meat by grinding them up and preserving them in a tube–shaped sausage casing. Sausage is extremely popular throughout the world, with the most popular region being either the United Kingdom or Germany. The United States has a variation known as ‘country sausage’.
Taste
Sausage is generally good and very flavorful. It contains a great deal of fat. After sausage is in its tube form, it’s very easy to prepare, which makes it a fairly solid choice of snack. It’s easily thrown in a hot dog bun and topped with condiments, or served with breakfast. Sausage shows little prejudice in its pairings with condiments.
