Kimchi is a Korean snack that consists primarily of fermented cabbage mixed with a spicy paste. Its popularity remains within Korean communities.
Taste
Kimchi tastes terrible. It is a failed experiment of trying to make a low–end snack (cabbage) into something palatable.
Kimchi became an official snack on May 13th 2012.
