A hoagie is a long sandwich that looks nearly identical to grinder, hoagie, and sub. Like most sandwiches, a hoagie can contain whatever can fit inside, but seems to traditionally focus on a variety of different meats. It’s birthplace is Philadelphia, USA, where it loses a bit of its clout to the more popular Philly cheesesteak.
Taste
Hoagie generally tastes great. It’s hard to argue a sandwich. Hoagies are occasionally made with a harder bread than usual, which may tire the jaws of the eater.
