Eggplant
Eggplant is a bizarre eggplant–shaped vegetable. It has a dark purple skin and very soft interior. It’s most popular in China and India. Eggplant has nothing to do with egg.
Taste
Eggplant tastes okay. Its squishy interior is somewhat questionable, but can be respectable when prepared properly.
Eggplant became an official snack on June 29th 2012.
