Cheddar Cheese
Cheddar cheese is a cheese created by aging milk for a relatively short period of time. It is extremely popular in the United States and the United Kingdom.
Taste
Cheddar cheese tastes good. It is inexpensive and can be transformed in a variety of ways such as: melting, cubing (cutting into cubes), and shredding. It works well as a star ingredient in nachos, and macaroni and cheese. As a secondary ingredient, it fares well in cheeseburger.
Cheddar Cheese became an official snack on May 2nd 2012.
