Bratwurst
Bratwurst is a kind of sausage that comes from Germany. It’s difficult to pinpoint what exactly makes a sausage a bratwurst, but it is generally large, gray, and fairly mild. Bratwurst has helped make Germany a world–class food haven.
Taste
Bratwurst tastes great and is commonly seen with mustard and/or sauerkraut. It’s often served as a kind of fancy hot dog.
