Borscht
In regions where free–enterprise and the riff raff of self expression are somewhat muted, you might find borscht. It’s a soup made primarily from beets.
Taste
Borscht tastes good. Due to its main ingredient, it displays a majestic maroon–like color. Experiencing it is a bit like tasting Earth, as a soup. It seems like something one might eat while playing the game of Chess.
Borscht became an official snack on June 9th 2012.
