Barbecue Sauce
Barbecue sauce is a type of condiment that is easily applied to nearly any meat that is grilled or smoked. It’s a very American condiment, as enthusiasm for it is clearly the most prevalent there, which is evident by its many varieties (which are mostly localized in the south).
Taste
Barbecue sauce is sort of like ketchup with way more spices in it. Its flavor is generally both sweet and spicy. It tastes spectacular and can easily take food to another dimension.
